Why is it so important?
In the current climate of computer driven technology, it is increasingly important for our children to be keyboard literate, not only in preparation for further education and eventually the work place; but now, today, as computers are used increasingly for learning and communicating in every day life. Our aim is to develop the keyboard skills of our pupils to such an extent that they eventually become competent ‘Touch Typists’.
